In Defense of Life
Stem Cell Politics: Advantage, Republicans
Here, for me, is the bottom line. Republicans have a position that is morally complicated (and hence perhaps a little harder to explain), but politically simple. Democrats have a position that is morally simple, but complicated by their political gyrations. I’d rather be in the position of having patiently and repeatedly to explain my moral position, than in the position of explaining how my political strategy trumps my moral position.

Children should be Protected from Exploitation
Protecting children from pornographers
This law simply makes it illegal for pornographers to use children to line their pockets,” said ADF Senior Legal Counsel David Cortman. “The only people that benefit from pornography are pornographers. This law is narrowly tailored to protect children by preventing pornographers from using kids in the production of pornography. It’s that simple.”

United Nations Continued Assault of US Constitution Standing up to the UN on Guns
UN’s willingness was on display last week at the final session of something called the “United Nations Conference to Review Progress Made in the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects.”

Anti-War Left Back's Sebelius
Kos activists are the source of a split in the Democratic Party between the hardcore anti-war, anti-business left and traditional Democrats. Now that Kos has given Sebelius the stamp of approval calling her "a rock star" and saying she is his "favorite for the veep nod in 2008" we can only assume he agrees with her political positions.

Editorial - the War in Lebanon by G.N. BenefieldM...
Recognizing TRUTH is one key to peace throughout the world; acting responsibly to TRUTH is a second key. Israel, the U. S. and its allies on the Global War on Terror are responding to the sources of terrorism. We must do more than say, "I support our Troops." Americans must support them by voting out candidates that support Terrorists indirectly.

Kudos to the Olathe School Board conservatives that championed this tax cut.
School board proposes significant tax decrease
It’s Economics 101 folks. The more money you keep the more you spend and that’s the benefit of tax decreases!

Child rapist among credits for CD raises eyebrows
Prison inmates croon for kids
Is this a sign from our “so-called” brilliant correctional minds of new inmate services?

Crime in our Nation’s Capitol at an all time high.
Nation's Capital Declares Crime Emergency...
Another perfect examples of what happens when liberals try to run a government. Political correctness and victimization = high crime. Right New Orleans?

Citgo to stop selling gas to hundreds of U.S. stations
Good riddance Chavez, I wasn’t buying your gas anyway. Competition works in America doesn’t it Amigo!

Further Fairway Fiddlelegook.
What I find interesting in this article is not the bi-line. It is actually paragraph two referencing, Fairway City Council Action. Get this, the city of Fairway is paying a consulting firm nearly $10,000 for the dissemination of information to the community. Read the link and see the incredible misuse of taxpayer money.
Fairway to hold hearing on house
Now that’s government at its best. Mayor, I have an idea. How about putting the information in your monthly newsletter. Wow, my bill for $10,000 will be at city hall shortly!

Hey, Shawnee citizens, are you ready for your tax increases by 3-5 mills?
Budget challenge facing Shawnee
Now does everyone understand the importance of supporting and electing good fiscal conservatives at the local level?

Blue Valley School District replaces current events class with new social activism class, called Community Issues.
District high schools to teach students how to further a cause
BVSD hopes it will encourage students to be active citizens in society after gaining a fuller understanding of government institutions. The new class is not synonymous with activism, nor do the teachers have an agenda, according the school staff. Interesting that they felt they had to add that caveat!

This type of Eco-socialism nearly destroyed the Pacific Northwest Lumber Companies.
8 million acres in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico at stake
Could this ever happen to the vast prairies in Kansas? What would happen to our Kansas Economy is Eco-socialism shut down our Kansas wheat crop or our cattle ranches. Remember folks, Ted Turner, owns now thousands of acres in the Flint Hills.

Why the increase in sexual predators? According to "The Marketing of Evil," Americans have come to tolerate, embrace and even champion many things that would have horrified their parents' generation – from easy divorce and unrestricted abortion-on-demand to extreme body piercing and teaching homosexuality to grade-schoolers.
'Marketing of Evil' author guest on nationally broadcast 'Today's Issues'
Does that mean today's Americans are inherently more morally confused and depraved than previous generations? Of course not. But they have fallen victim to some of the most stunningly brilliant and compelling marketing campaigns in modern history.

All Things Conservative: Gas Companies Don't Pay Gas taxes
Why is it in America we always have to find some corporation or industry to blame when something happens that we don't like. Start drilling for more oil and developing more refineries. It’s, once again, a global supply and demand issue my friends!

The goals of the Communist Manifesto and those who signed the Humanist Manifesto are being accomplished even now as we see the merging of education with labor policy—or what many are referring to as corporate fascism. The American Heritage Dictionary defines corporate fascism as “a philosophy or system of government that advocates or exercises dictatorship through the merging of state and business leadership.”

Al Gore’s continued stumping for global warming.
